Terms of Service

3 October 2026

These terms are between you and Kingbo Holdings OÜ, an Estonian company to be formed in 2027, which publishes this website as Texquare. Hervé Onanga Kingbo answers for the company at grwthlife@gmail.com. The writing is from Seoul. The terms cover the public site at texquare.vercel.app and any later address that points to the same site. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the site.

What the site is

Texquare publishes a theological reading of technology. Articles in the library are free to read. Courses and other digital products in the store are sold separately. Nothing on the site is legal, medical, or pastoral advice, and nothing here is a degree or a credential.

Using the site

You may read, quote, and cite the public writing with a clear attribution to Texquare and the named author. You may not copy a page or a product and present it as your own, resell it, or scrape the site in bulk. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading messages through the forms.

Digital products

A product listed in the store is a digital work. The price, the title, and the seller shown at checkout are the offer. PayPal processes payments made on this site. Some titles are sold on Gumroad, and those sales follow Gumroad’s checkout as well as these terms. You receive a personal license to use the product. You do not receive the right to republish, resell, or share the files as a course of your own.

If a payment is captured and the product is not delivered, or if you were charged in error, write through the contact page and the charge will be corrected. A change of mind after a digital file has been delivered is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.

Speaking

A speaking request is an invitation, not a booking. Nothing is agreed until Texquare confirms it in writing, including date, place, and any fee.

The writing

Text, the mark, and the design of this site belong to Texquare unless a page says otherwise. Public essays may be quoted for criticism, teaching, and citation. A paid product stays under the license above.

No warranty

The site and its writing are offered as they stand. Texquare does not warrant that a page is complete, that a link will keep working, or that a reading of a technology will still hold after the technology changes. To the extent the law allows, Texquare is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site. This does not limit liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and law

These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. Texquare publishes this site from Seoul. These terms are read under the law of the Republic of Korea, and the courts of Seoul have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.

Questions go to the contact page. How personal information is handled is in the privacy note.
