Kingbo Holdings OÜ, an Estonian company to be formed in 2027, publishes this site as Texquare and is responsible for the personal information collected on it. This note says what is collected and what is done with it. It does not cover YouTube, TikTok, Patreon, Facebook, PayPal, or Gumroad after you leave this site. Those services have their own notices.

What is collected

The public pages do not ask you to make an account.

If you write through Contact or Speaking, the site stores your name, email address, organization or affiliation if you gave one, and the message. That record is kept so the note can be read and answered.

If you pay for a product on this site, the order record stores the email address you gave, the product, the amount, and the payment status. Card numbers are not collected here. PayPal collects and processes the payment. A purchase that starts on Gumroad is handled by Gumroad.

The host, Vercel, receives ordinary server logs, including an IP address, the page requested, and the time. Those logs are used to run and secure the site. The site does not run advertising trackers and does not use an analytics product.

A session cookie is set only when a steward signs in to the private studio. It is not set for ordinary reading.

Why

Messages are kept to reply. Orders are kept to deliver what was paid for and to keep a record of the sale. Logs are kept to operate the site. Nothing in this list is sold, and it is not used to build an advertising profile.

Who else sees it

Payment details go to PayPal or Gumroad, depending on where you check out. The site is hosted on Vercel. A message is read by the person who answers correspondence for Texquare. It is not passed to a mailing list.

How long

A message is kept while a reply may still be needed, and then deleted. An order record is kept as long as a receipt, a delivery question, or a legal duty requires it.

Your requests

You may ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where the law allows it. Write through the contact page from the same email address the record uses. Some records of a completed sale have to be kept.

This note can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. The use of the site is also covered by the terms of service.
